Flotation machine

The flotation machine is driven by the motor triangle drive impeller rotation, resulting in centrifugal effect to form negative pressure, on the one hand, it inhales enough air to mix with the pulp, on the other hand, it mixes the pulp with the medicine, and at the same time, it finizes the foam, so that the minerals bond on the foam, float to the pulp surface and form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate, control the liquid level, so that the useful foam is scraped out by the scraper.
Working principle
The ground ore, when or after grinding, is mixed with water and the necessary agents into a slurry by mixing tank, injected into the slurry tank that begins to stir, introduce air into the slurry, so that it forms a large number of bubbles, some mineral particles that are not easy to be moistened by water, that is, generally called hydrophobic, are attached to the bubble, and float to the surface of the slurry with the bubble, forming a mineralized bubble layer. Some other mineral particles that are easily moistened by water, that is, generally called hydrophilic, are not attached to the bubbles, but remain in the pulp, and the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals are discharged, so as to achieve the purpose of mineral processing.
